Business Analyst(3+ Years)
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives, processes, and requirements.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Document and maintain clear and comprehensive business requirements, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring clear communication and understanding.
- Participate in project planning and management, including scope definition, timeline estimation, and resource allocation.
- Perform feasibility studies, cost-benefit analysis, and risk assessments to support project decision-making.
- Assist in designing and testing software solutions to ensure they meet business needs and quality standards.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, data models, and other relevant documentation.
- Provide post-implementation support and perform user training as necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Preferred skills
3+ Years experience is mandatory.
