  2. Mandatory knowledge of MS office applications (Excel and Outlook).
  3. Working knowledge on Database (MySQL/ MSSQL).

  5. 1+ year experience in service operations, Email support will be a plus point.
  6. ITIL knowledge.
  7. Good verbal and oral communication.
