Skill set
- Plan and Execute day to day activities of PMO function
- Should have knowledge on project delivery life cycle and other PMO areas
- Should have good experience on working with Excel, Microsoft Project, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
- Should have experience in working with multiple functions or distributed global teams
- Good communication skills and Quick learning skills
- Collaborate with the projects and services teams to collate and consolidate data on projects
- Experience in Software Quality Assurance practices and process consultancy
- Should have experience in process improvement initiatives, tools implementation
- Generating and maintaining monthly reports for management
- Experience in Invoicing and Revenue data preparation
- Should have been involved in resource allocations/management activities
- Conduct periodic reviews/ participate in project review meetings and track any issues identified to closure
- Review of project deliverables
- Basic knowledge in ISO and CMMI
- Coordination of Gate meetings and track any issues identified to closure
- Conducting organization level trainings on PMO / Quality Management system and other process areas
- Team management experience
Preferred skills
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 2 plus years of PMO with knowledge in Quality Management Systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certified in a Project Management and/ PMO qualification / PRINCE2(Desirable)
- Certified in Quality Management / ISO/CMMI areas (Desirable)
