Brief description :

To develop and implement plans to expand the clientele of the business, this person will collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Conduct research to identify potential clients and their needs

  • Collect and analyse data to determine target audience and their preferences

  • Utilise a range of tools, such as social media, email marketing, and cold calling, to generate leads.

  • Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team

  • Prepare custom tailored marketing/sales email contents for potential clients after thorough research and market study.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials

  • Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities in our CRM system

  • Assist with the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies

  • Continuously learn about the company's products and services to effectively communicate with potential customers

 

Qualifications:

 

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

  • Fresher or 0 - 2 years of experience in B2B lead generation, sales or business development

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools is a plus

  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is a plus
