Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and driven UI/UX Designer to join our product and technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong design sense, a deep understanding of user experience principles, and a proven track record in dashboard and mobile app design. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to craft engaging, intuitive, and visually compelling interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and product usability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design user-centric interfaces for web dashboards and mobile applications with a focus on performance, accessibility, and usability.
- Lead design initiatives from concept to execution while maintaining a consistent design language.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to turn ideas and requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
- Translate complex workflows and data into clear and simple UI patterns.
- Ensure final designs meet product vision and brand guidelines.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing dashboards and mobile apps (mandatory).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating past work and deliverables (wireframes, mockups, prototypes).
- Leadership qualities with the ability to take initiative, guide junior designers, and manage cross-functional communication effectively.
- Highly adaptable and flexible in handling dynamic work environments and evolving project needs.
- Logical and analytical thinking skills with a problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus, but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Design, HCI, Fine Arts, or a related field.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
Experience with design systems and component libraries.
