Job Overview

Zybo Tech Lab is seeking motivated and articulate Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) who have a strong command of English, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building a career in IT sales.

We’re looking for candidates who are proactive, confident communicators, and ready to contribute to our sales efforts from day one.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Prospecting:
    Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, directories, and social media.

  • Outbound Communication:
    Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling using clear and professional English communication.

  • Client Interaction:
    Understand business needs and present Zybo’s IT services (Web & Mobile App Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing) as effective solutions.

  • Meeting Coordination:
    Schedule discovery calls and product demos with qualified leads for the senior team.

  • CRM Management:
    Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM tools; ensure consistent pipeline updates.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration:
    Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.

  • Market Awareness:
    Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies to better position our offerings.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a client-facing role (internships or academic projects accepted).

  • Exceptional English communication skills – both verbal and written.

  • Comfortable with outbound calling, emails, and virtual meetings with domestic and international clients.

  • Energetic, self-motivated, and target-driven.

  • Interest in the IT services industry and a willingness to learn technical concepts.

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, email platforms, or CRM systems is a plus.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).

  • Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
