Job Overview
Zybo Tech Lab is seeking motivated and articulate Business Development Executives to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or early-career professionals (0–2 years experience) who have a strong command of English, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for building a career in IT sales.
We’re looking for candidates who are proactive, confident communicators, and ready to contribute to our sales efforts from day one.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Research & Prospecting:
Identify and research potential leads through online platforms, directories, and social media. -
Outbound Communication:
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling using clear and professional English communication. -
Client Interaction:
Understand business needs and present Zybo’s IT services (Web & Mobile App Development, UI/UX, Digital Marketing) as effective solutions. -
Meeting Coordination:
Schedule discovery calls and product demos with qualified leads for the senior team. -
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM tools; ensure consistent pipeline updates. -
Cross-Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies. -
Market Awareness:
