Brief Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles. 
  • Coordinate and conduct various interview formats including: 
    • Direct (face-to-face) interviews 
    • Virtual interviews (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams) 
    • Campus hiring drives 
  • Understand technical job descriptions and effectively communicate role requirements to candidates. 
  • Build and maintain relationships with HR consultancies and software training institutes based on hiring needs. 
  • Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines, preferably using RMS/ATS software (experience in such systems is a plus). 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. 

Preferred Skills

 

Requirements: 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. 
  • Proven experience hiring for IT roles. 
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn and Naukri sourcing. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Experience handling different interview formats and hiring campaigns. 
  • Ability to quickly understand and explain technical job requirements. 
  • Exposure to or experience with RMS/ATS tools (preferred).
