Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and non-IT roles.
- Coordinate and conduct various interview formats including:
- Direct (face-to-face) interviews
- Virtual interviews (Google Meet, Zoom, MS Teams)
- Campus hiring drives
- Understand technical job descriptions and effectively communicate role requirements to candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with HR consultancies and software training institutes based on hiring needs.
- Maintain and update candidate records and pipelines, preferably using RMS/ATS software (experience in such systems is a plus).
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
