Job Title: Electronics Tech support / Technician (IOT)
Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in technical support, preferably with exposure to electronics and IoT systems.
Education: Bachelors or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
Age : Should be less than 35 years.
English proficiency - Fluent (mandatory)
Arabic proficiency - Learner /Beginner
Job Location - Initially Remote then, On Site - Saudi Arabia
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for software, hardware, network, and electronic device issues.
- Set up and maintain local networks (LAN/WAN), assist with IP configuration, and troubleshoot basic networking issues.
- Test, configure, and support electronic and electrical components such as sensors, relays, control boards, microcontrollers, and actuators.
- Assist in diagnosing hardware malfunctions in custom-built or off-the-shelf electronic systems.
- Understand circuit diagrams, wiring schematics, and provide support in field deployment and diagnostics.
- Support the setup and maintenance of IoT devices, ensuring proper connectivity, data transmission, and power management.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to test prototypes, log performance data, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation for all systems, devices, and support processes.
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits, sensor modules, and embedded systems.
- Ability to use basic tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering equipment, and power supplies.
- Familiarity with communication protocols used in IoT (e.g., UART, I2C, SPI, MQTT) will be an advantage.
- Basic networking knowledge: IP addressing, subnetting, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi setup.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, Excel).
