Brief Description

We are seeking a persuasive and results-driven Telemarketing Executive to join our sales and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, promoting products or services, and building strong customer relationships over the phone. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.

  • Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and effectively.

  • Generate sales leads and set up appointments for the sales team.

  • Build and maintain customer relationships by providing excellent service.

  • Address customer queries, handle objections, and provide appropriate solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in the CRM system.

  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Provide feedback to the management team regarding customer needs and market trends.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.

  • Sales Ability: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

  • Customer Service: Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections effectively.

  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Goal-Oriented: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.

  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
