Brief Description

 

We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Guest Relations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences by providing personalized service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns. This role is key to maintaining a positive brand image and enhancing guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.

  • Provide information on services, facilities, promotions, and local attractions.

  • Coordinate with various departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure personalized experiences.

  • Handle special requests such as reservations, transportation, and event bookings.

  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction.

  • Assist in planning and executing guest-related events and activities.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.

 

Preferred Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.

  • Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for providing outstanding service.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to handle guest concerns effectively and professionally.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

  • Tech-Savviness: Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
