Brief Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant with strong knowledge of Tally and Excel to manage and oversee financial transactions, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of accounting experience, a firm understanding of basic accounting principles, and be proficient in using accounting software and spreadsheets for financial management. Preferred Skills

Prepare and maintain financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and general ledgers.
• Record and process financial transactions in Tally, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and invoicing.
• Generate financial reports using Excel and analyze financial data to support decision-making.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns, including GST and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial closing processes.
• Collaborate with auditors during audits and provide necessary documentation.
• Monitor and manage company budgets, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting regulations and tax laws.

Work Location will be in Trivandrum, preferring candidates who can work from office.
