Candidates having a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Business Administration/related fields, and having a minimum of 3 years experience in HR related activites are required from our Backend Office in Technopark Phase 1. Following are key roles to be managed by the Candidate:

Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)

Assist with recruitment efforts, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews

Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires

Support employee engagement and communication initiatives

Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Prepare HR-related reports as needed (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism)

Assist in payroll preparation and timesheet management

Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures

Organize and maintain HR documentation such as contracts, NDAs, and policies

Support training and development initiatives

Help with performance review tracking and documentation
