We are seeking a proactive, resourceful, and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to identify,
nurture, and qualify potential B2B leads. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in expanding our
market reach and directly support our business development strategy
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify new business opportunities and target audiences aligned with our
products and services.
• Build and manage prospect lists using various tools, databases, and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn,
Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
• Execute outbound email campaigns, follow-ups, and initial outreach messages with a high
degree of personalization.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads through exploratory conversations and initial criteria
screening.
• Fix meetings with the prospects.
• Report directly to Business Development Manager, providing weekly updates and
performance metrics.
• Track and maintain lead data in CRM systems and continuously optimize lead generation
processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand offerings and develop compelling messaging.
