Interview Coordination:
Schedule interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups. -
Job Posting & Sourcing:
Post job openings on various career portals, social media platforms, and the company website to attract qualified candidates. -
Database Management:
Maintain and update the applicant tracking - Market Mapping

Initial Candidate Interaction:
Conduct screening calls to assess candidates' basic qualifications and interest. -
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies. -
