Key Responsibilities
Video Content Creation & Strategy:
- Develop and shoot engaging short-form and long-form videos for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Create trend-driven, research-backed, and viral-worthy content that boosts brand visibility and audience growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align video content with campaigns, brand messaging, and business goals
Research & Trend Analysis:
- Stay ahead of social media trends, viral challenges, and platform algorithm updates to maximize reach.
- Analyze competitor content and industry best practices to keep our brand ahead.
- Use data-driven insights to refine video strategies for better performance.
Creative Ideation & Presentation:
- Brainstorm unique, attention-grabbing concepts that align with our brand and audience preferences
- Present ideas confidently and execute them with a compelling on-camera presence (if required)
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Video Content Creator, Social Media Video Producer, or Digital Storyteller
Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, and presentation skills for engaging video content
Knowledge of social media algorithms, viral trends, and platform-specific best practices
Creative mindset with a knack for turning ideas into shareable, high-impact videos
