Brief Description

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    • Identify potential clients through research, networking, and digital channels.

    • Qualify leads via calls, emails, and meetings to understand their software needs.

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Building

    • Develop strong relationships with prospects and existing customers.

    • Present software solutions tailored to client requirements.

    • Conduct product demos and technical consultations in collaboration with the tech team.

  • Market Research & Analysis

    • Analyze market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.

    • Identify new verticals, industries, or geographies for expansion.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution

    • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for software products or services.

    • Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

    • Work closely with the marketing team to align lead-gen campaigns with sales goals.

  • Proposal Development & Negotiation

    • Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and contracts.

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and scope in line with company policies.

  • CRM Management & Reporting

    • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.

    • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance insights.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams

    • Work with product, development, and support teams to ensure client satisfaction.

    • Provide feedback from the market to help improve product features and usability.

  • Upselling & Renewals

    • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing clients.

    • Manage long-term client relationships and ensure contract renewals.

    • Software Sales & SaaS Knowledge

    • CRM Tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho)

    • Cloud Computing Concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure basics)

    • Product Demonstration Tools (e.g., Loom, Zoom, Teams)

    • Technical Proposal Writing

    • Basic Understanding of APIs, Integrations, and Software Lifecycles

Typical Background:

  • Master degree in business, marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience in sales, marketing, or management roles.
