We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with Scrum Master skills to lead the delivery of complex technology projects, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
- This role involves close collaboration with engineering teams, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and drive continuous improvement in project execution.
- Additionally, you will act as a Scrum Master to run the project along with Customer team by facilitating Agile practices and ensuring the team’s adherence to Scrum principles, while focusing on optimizing payment solutions.
- Ensure the product backlog is well-maintained with Product Owner, prioritized, and refined to align with payment gateway business requirements, compliance standards, and technical constraints.
- Promote adherence to Agile principles and practices, guiding the team to improve delivery and maintain consistent velocity, with special attention to optimizing payment flows and resolving gateway-related issues.
- Identify, track, and remove obstacles that may block the team from achieving sprint goals, specifically addressing issues in payment processing, transaction speed, and failure/error handling.
- Serve as the point of contact between the development team, Product Mgmt team, business stakeholders, and payment gateway providers, ensuring clear communication on project status, risks, and business needs related to payments.
- Track and report on team performance using Agile metrics like velocity, burn-down charts, and sprint goal achievement, ensuring continuous improvement in the development and integration of payment systems.
- Assist in coordinating and validating user acceptance testing, ensuring that payment-related business requirements, including successful transaction processing and security compliance, are met.
- Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating retrospectives, helping the team identify areas for improving payment system performance and scalability.
Project Planning and Execution:
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within budget and timeline.
Technical Coordination:
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical tasks.
- Facilitate technical discussions, architecture reviews, and decision-making processes.
- Provide guidance on technical feasibility and risks.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams of engineers, QA, and business analysts.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation within the team.

- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
