About the Role
We are building a brand-new Company Operations Team, and this is the first strategic hire to lead the charge. As the Senior Business Operations Manager, you will work directly with the CRO and closely collaborate with the heads of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product. Your mission is to design, develop, and implement critical business processes across the company to improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-departmental alignment.
You will be responsible for building out SOPs, identifying workflow bottlenecks, driving automation, and spearheading operational excellence. This is a senior leadership role with the opportunity to build and lead a growing team of operations professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for core business functions across departments.
- Design, document, and implement scalable workflows to support efficient operations.
- Identify workflow bottlenecks and failure points; collaborate with the CRO and other leaders to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
- Lead end-to-end process implementation, from conceptual design to execution and adoption.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives, minimizing manual effort and improving overall productivity.
- Conduct training sessions to onboard and educate team members on new tools and workflows.
- Support the transition from manual processes to automated systems using tools like Zoho and other workflow platforms.
- Build and maintain Business Intelligence (BI) tools and dashboards to monitor performance and ensure continuous process optimization.
- Use whiteboarding and mind-mapping tools (e.g., Lucidchart, FigJam, Jamboard, Miro) to map and visualize workflows.
- Play a key role in hiring and managing future junior operations team members.
- Champion cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Service Fulfillment.
