Brief Description

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 3 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent across various functions. This role demands a strong understanding of hiring trends, employer branding, and excellent stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and trackers regularly.
  • Manage candidate relationships to ensure a smooth interview experience.
  • Work on employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams to facilitate new joiner induction and documentation.

Preferred Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
  • Proven track record in hiring for IT/Non-IT roles across junior and mid-level positions.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
  • Strong sourcing skills using platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
