We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter with 3 years of experience to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The ideal candidate should be skilled in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent across various functions. This role demands a strong understanding of hiring trends, employer branding, and excellent stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – from requirement gathering, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other creative methods.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
- Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and trackers regularly.
- Manage candidate relationships to ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Work on employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Collaborate with onboarding teams to facilitate new joiner induction and documentation.
