Job Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Lead Management
- Initiate cold calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing prospects.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive lead database with accurate and timely information.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with potential clients to drive lead conversion.
- Effectively communicate the company’s value propositions and offerings to prospective customers.
2. Exhibitions & Event Management
- Plan, organize, and represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
- Travel as required to meet clients, attend events, and explore new business opportunities.
- Coordinate event logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and post-event follow-ups.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize brand exposure and customer engagement during events.
- Collect and analyse event feedback to enhance future marketing strategies.
3. Communication & Relationship Building
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers, addressing inquiries and providing solutions promptly.
- Maintain a customer-first approach, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust.
4. Multilingual Proficiency
- Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Proficiency in additional regional languages will be an advantage.
