We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Presales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team with deep product knowledge, delivering product demonstrations, managing bid/proposal responses, and providing technical solutions to client needs. This role is essential in converting opportunities into successful deals by acting as a bridge between the sales and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Demonstrations & Presentations:

Conduct engaging, client-specific product demonstrations (on-site and remote) to showcase solution capabilities.

Tailor presentations to address client requirements and highlight solution value propositions.

Gather and analyze customer feedback from demos to inform internal product development and sales strategies.
2. Bid & Proposal Management:

Lead the creation and submission of responses to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, legal, finance) to compile winning bid documents.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of bid submissions with attention to compliance and customer requirements.

Maintain a repository of reusable proposal templates and documentation.
3. Technical Sales Support:

Work closely with the sales team to understand client needs and develop appropriate solutions.

Create solution blueprints, architecture overviews, and scope documents aligned with customer requirements.

Assist in pricing, effort estimation, and deal structuring during presales engagements.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:

Liaise with product, engineering, and delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are viable and aligned with internal capabilities.

Act as a key point of contact for customers during the presales cycle.

Support sales managers in client meetings and technical discussions.
5. Market & Product Intelligence:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
