We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Support / Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VoIP technologies and desktop support, with hands-on experience in modern endpoint management tools including Windows Intune, AutoPilot, and BitLocker. This role involves managing day-to-day technical support tasks, network troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of end-user devices and communication systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

Manage and support VoIP systems, troubleshoot call quality issues, and assist with configuration and deployment.

Deploy and manage devices using Windows AutoPilot and Microsoft Intune.

Configure and maintain BitLocker for drive encryption and security compliance.

Ensure all systems are up-to-date with latest security patches and software updates.

Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

Provide on-call support and after-hours assistance as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1 year of experience in technical support or network support roles.

Good understanding of VoIP technologies (e.g., SIP, PBX systems, softphones).

Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and BitLocker.

Strong knowledge of Windows OS environments (Windows 10/11).

Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches, routers).
