Brief Description

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Support / Network Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in VoIP technologies and desktop support, with hands-on experience in modern endpoint management tools including Windows Intune, AutoPilot, and BitLocker. This role involves managing day-to-day technical support tasks, network troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operation of end-user devices and communication systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems including laptops, desktops, and peripherals.

  • Manage and support VoIP systems, troubleshoot call quality issues, and assist with configuration and deployment.

  • Deploy and manage devices using Windows AutoPilot and Microsoft Intune.

  • Configure and maintain BitLocker for drive encryption and security compliance.

  • Ensure all systems are up-to-date with latest security patches and software updates.

  • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities.

  • Provide on-call support and after-hours assistance as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1 year of  experience in technical support or network support roles.

  • Good understanding of VoIP technologies (e.g., SIP, PBX systems, softphones).

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and BitLocker.

  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS environments (Windows 10/11).

  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, switches, routers).

  • Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Preferred Skills

VoIP, Microsoft Intune, AutoPilot, and BitLocker.
