• Analysing and processing various types of  data according to the standards
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to learn quickly on own initiative in the relevant applications.
• Ensure that clients are kept happy and satisfied at all times by providing prompt response and solutions to their challenges at all times.
• Listen to team members feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts.
• Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance at the process.
• Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry and ensuring adherence to industry standards
