Brief Description

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with 3+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, and brand building. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of marketing collaterals, customer psychology, and digital strategy to drive business growth in B2B and B2G markets.This role requires a strategic thinker who can lead high-impact marketing campaigns, craft compelling brand narratives, and enhance market presence. The candidate should be data-driven, creative, and proactive, with a passion for storytelling, customer engagement, and social impact through technology-driven innovation. 
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute high-impact marketing campaigns to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
  • Create persuasive, high-quality marketing collaterals tailored to various customer segments.
  • Optimize and manage marketing budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Drive lead generation and demand generation efforts in B2B and B2G markets.
  • Plan and implement performance marketing strategies, including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Craft engaging and SEO-optimized content to boost organic traffic.
  • Strengthen brand positioning through organic and paid social media strategies.
  • Analyze data using Google Analytics and other tracking tools to refine marketing efforts.
  • Manage public relations campaigns and execute high-impact events.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and mentor marketing teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Lead Generation & Demand Generation – Proven track record of B2B and B2G lead generation success.
  • Performance Marketing & Digital Advertising – Experience in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and data-driven ad optimization.
  • Content Marketing & SEO – Ability to craft engaging, high-ranking content that drives organic traffic.
  • Social Media & Brand Positioning – Strong understanding of organic and paid social media growth strategies.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Proficiency in Google Analytics, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Public Relations & Event Management – Experience in handling media, PR campaigns, and high-impact events.
  • Communication & Leadership – Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead teams.
  • Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination – Ability to work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive revenue growth.
Qualification: MBA/BBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
