Brief Description

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in delivering outstanding customer service, fostering strong relationships, and resolving client inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls and outbound follow-up calls to customers to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  • Provide accurate and detailed information about the services.
  • Address and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and repeat business.
  • Maintain and update customer records with accurate and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences.
  • Keep up-to-date with product/service knowledge and company policies.
  • Provide feedback to the management team to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualification

  • Previous experience in customer support, tele sales, or a similar customer-focused role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Friendly, empathetic, and confident when interacting with customers.
  • Ability to work in a flexible environment with adaptable work schedules.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
