We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst(Fresher) , a hybrid role that combines executive assistance with business analysis, offering the right candidate a chance to directly learn and contribute data-driven analysis to operational efficiency, strategic planning, and decision making at the highest levels.
Responsibilities :
- Facility Construction Oversight - Track progress of ongoing construction and interior design work
- Share daily updates, photos, and reports with management.
- Highlight delays, risks, and suggest mitigations proactively.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination - Monitor vendor deliverables, timelines, and quality of service.
- Liaise with contractors, architects, interior designers, utility service providers,and other vendors.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining vendor documentation and contracts.
- Ensure all administrative needs for the new facility are well-organized and documented.
- Understand and assist in adherence to import, export, and procurement laws relevant to infrastructure and facility materials.
