0-2 Years of working in BPO/BPM, preferably in IT/ITES companies
- Analysing and processing various types of data according to the standards
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Ability to learn quickly on one's own initiative in the relevant applications
- Should have good typing skills
- Must discuss every matter with the supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted
- Giving a resolution to the customers or clients
- Listen to team members' feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
- Submit regular reports to management and seek new ideas and strategies to improve performance in the process
- Keep up with trends and happenings in the industry, and ensure adherence to industry standards
- Ensure that clients are always happy and satisfied by providing prompt responses and solutions to their challenges.
