Position Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who is passionate about technology and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of AI, Blockchain, Web Development, and Cloud Services, with hands-on experience in IT sales, client acquisition, and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities

Proactively identify and generate new business opportunities through channels such as LinkedIn, cold outreach, email campaigns, and webinars.

Develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline, maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records.

Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions in AI, Blockchain, Cloud, and Web technologies.

Work closely with the technical and product teams to align solutions with client needs.

Conduct online product demos and client meetings to present capabilities and proposals.

Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and successfully close deals.

Attend industry events (virtually or physically) to represent the company and build brand presence.

Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

Stay up to date with the latest trends in emerging technologies and Storygame’s service offerings.
Requirements

Proven experience (1–3 years) in IT sales, business development, or client-facing roles.

Knowledge of Blockchain, AI, Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and Web Development services.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to understand and explain technical solutions to non-technical clients.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Experience using CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
