About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative (BDR) with a strong outbound mindset to join our team. In this role, you'll be the tip of the spear — executing targeted cold outreach campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn to engage potential customers, build relationships, and generate qualified leads for our sales team.

Prior experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Strong spoken and written English skills are a must for this role, as you'll be interacting directly with international clients and prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute cold outreach strategies across email, LinkedIn, and calls to generate new sales opportunities.

  • Research, identify, and qualify prospects that match our ideal customer profile.

  • Personalize messaging to maximize engagement and response rates.

  • Book qualified meetings for the sales team and maintain a steady pipeline.

  • Manage and track all outreach activities in our CRM system.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and improve results.

  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize outreach techniques for better performance.

  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, professional communication is essential.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.

  • Passion for sales, outreach, and building relationships.

  • Comfortable learning and using new tools (CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email platforms, etc.).

  • Willingness to experiment, learn, adapt, and grow fast.

Experience in outbound sales is a bonus, but not a deal-breaker. Passion, perseverance, and the right attitude matter most!

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, AI, technology, or consulting industries.

  • Familiarity with personalization and multi-touch outreach strategies.

  • Previous experience in a startup or fast-paced environment.
