Brief Description

We are looking for enthusiastic Technical Support Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in software and technical troubleshooting within a professional environment.

Duration: 3 Months
Location: Trivandrum, Technopark
Stipend: Unpaid (No fees required)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic software issue
  • Support customers via email, chat, and calls under supervision
  • Help install, configure, and test software applications
  • Maintain support logs and documentation
  • Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve issues
  • Learn and use helpdesk tools and remote access software
  • Possesses a neat, punctual, positive, proactive, and professional work ethic.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team or independently. 

Preferred Skills

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
  • Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
