We are looking for enthusiastic Technical Support Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in software and technical troubleshooting within a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnosing and troubleshooting basic software issue
- Support customers via email, chat, and calls under supervision
- Help install, configure, and test software applications
- Maintain support logs and documentation
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve issues
- Learn and use helpdesk tools and remote access software
- Possesses a neat, punctual, positive, proactive, and professional work ethic.
- Ability to work well as part of a team or independently.
