We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with around 1 year of experience to support our software products and services. In this role, you will troubleshoot customer-reported issues, assist with software installations, and provide technical guidance, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for software products to clients via email, chat, and calls
- Diagnose and troubleshoot application-related issues (installation, configuration, usage)
- Escalate unresolved issues to development teams with clear documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product updates and help create support documentation
- Maintain ticket logs and ensure the timely resolution of client queries
- Assist in testing and validating software solutions where required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective communication
