We are looking for a CRO to help drive our growth by connecting with prospective clients and guiding them through our offerings.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Corporate Relations Officer (CRO) to build and nurture partnerships with companies across industries. The CRO will be the key link between EduGuild and corporate partners, understanding hiring needs and collaborating with our academic team to design course modules that meet real-world requirements, ultimately boosting placement outcomes for our students.
Key Responsibilities:
● Visit and engage with HR teams, hiring managers, and business leaders across various companies.
● Build long-term partnerships and professional networks with industry stakeholders.
● Understand the specific skill requirements and hiring criteria of different companies.
● Share market feedback and industry insights with the academics teams.
● Collaborate in curating/updating skill-based training modules that align with industry demands.
● Promote EduGuild’s talent pool and ensure successful placements of trained candidates.
● Organize and represent EduGuild at corporate events, job fairs, and networking meets.
● Maintain a database of partner companies and track engagement outcomes.
● Play an active role in placements by ensuring enrolled students are matched with the right companies, and vice versa, identifying company needs and recommending suitable student profiles.
● Meet set targets and deadlines related to partnership building, industry collaboration and placements.
