We seek a passionate and results-oriented Junior Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing edu-tech company.. In this role, you will play a vital role in expanding our reach within Kerala's early childhood education (ECE) market
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and convert them into paying customers.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our Edutech solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve set sales targets
- Maintain and update detailed customer records and sales reports
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the ECE market
- Conduct thorough research to identify and target potential clients
- Research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
- Implement effective Sales strategies and contribute to revenue targets.
- Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Understand client needs and present appropriate IT solutions to meet their requirements
- Build strategic alliances, joint ventures, or collaborations that create mutually beneficial opportunities
