Brief Description

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Finance Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and gain hands-on experience in financial processes and operations.

- Educational Background: MBA (Finance), B.Com, M.Com, or any Commerce-related discipline

- B.Tech candidates also can be considered

Key Requirements

- A strong desire to learn and contribute

- Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts

- Good communication and analytical skills

- Atleast 80% marks scored during academics

Responsibilities

- Conduct in-depth research on recent and upcoming mergers and acquisitions in relevant industries

- Identify potential companies for M&A based on strategic fit, financial health, and market presence

- Analyze historical M&A deals for trends, valuation patterns, and regulatory considerations

- Support in building a database of potential targets or partners with key financial and operational metrics

- Monitor news, reports and updates on M&A activities

- Prepare summaries and presentations outlining key findings and strategic conclusions
