Key Responsibilities:
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals for our SaaS products.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Conduct product demos and present value propositions to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term growth.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in SaaS, IT, or digital solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English, Malayalam, and Tamil.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Self-motivated, highly driven, and target-oriented individual.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM, sales tools, and communication platforms.
• Ability to understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
