Key responsibilities:
Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
Analyze and model business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical specifications for development teams.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solutions meet requirements and deliver value.
Perform testing and validation of IT solutions to confirm they meet business needs, requirements, and quality standards.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to share progress, resolve issues, and align teams.
Track project milestones and ensure deliverables align with business goals.
Keep updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization.
Requirements (Qualifications/Experience/Competencies)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
At least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, in an IT or tech-focused environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience with project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
Understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and IT project delivery.
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, Miro, Draw.io and requirements management software (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python) or visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) are a plus.
Certifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA or CCBA are a plus.
