The Assistant Manager – Marketing will play a key role in driving brand awareness, student acquisition, and business growth through strategic marketing initiatives. This role involves planning and executing marketing campaigns (both digital and offline), managing content and communication, and building partnerships to promote the institution’s training programs. Key Responsibilities: · Marketing Strategy & Execution o Assist in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans aligned with institutional goals. o Conduct market research to identify trends, target audience behavior, and competitive landscape. o Plan and manage lead generation campaigns for training programs. · Digital Marketing o Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and paid ads. o Work closely with content creators to publish engaging content across platforms. o Monitor campaign performance and generate insights for optimization. · Branding & Communication o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. o Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, banners, videos, presentations, etc. o Coordinate internal and external communication, including newsletters, press releases, and event promotions. · Event Coordination & Outreach o Support planning and execution of webinars, workshops, student outreach programs, and participation in education fairs. o Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and industry partners for collaborative initiatives. · Analytics & Reporting o Provide regular reports and insights to the senior management team. |
