We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive PMO to support project and financial coordination activities across various teams. This role involves tracking billable efforts, validating timesheets, coordinating invoicing and billing processes, and supporting cross-functional collaboration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential to succeed in this dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify timesheet accuracy in coordination with respective teams.
- Liaise with the US team to facilitate client invoicing.
- Support billing activities and ensure proper mapping of resource utilization.
- Coordinate with the Finance team to streamline the invoice processing workflow.
- Work collaboratively across multiple business divisions.
- Schedule and manage cross-functional meetings, follow-ups, and periodic reviews.
