Accountant for USA team

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accountant to join our US finance team. This position is ideal for candidates who are enthusiastic about accounting and possess excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will support our finance team with various accounting responsibilities while working night shifts to align with US time zones.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or Finance
1 to 2 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:

1. Work in different shifts to coordinate with US time zones.
2. Demonstrate excellent teamwork and communication skills.
3. Monitor daily communications and respond to any queries.
4. Create and issue invoices accurately.
5. Reconcile invoices and identify any discrepancies.
6. Develop and update expense reports.
7. Enter financial transactions into internal databases with precision.
8. Ensure accuracy by checking spreadsheets and financial records.
9. Record financial activities accurately in our internal systems.
