Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial aspects of an IT company, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Collaborate with internal departments, internal auditors, external auditors, and government agencies to provide financial insights.
- Ensure adherence to the internal financial control framework, including accurate and timely general ledger reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, customer ledger reconciliations, cash applications, and aging of receivables and payables.
Reporting:
- Prepare financial statements and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Handle general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable accounting and related reporting.
- Collect, analyze, verify, and report financial information at each month-end close.
- Prepare invoices.
Statutory Compliance:
- Manage TDS, GST, EPF, ESI, advance tax, professional tax, LWF, SEZ compliance, and labor compliance.
Accounting:
- Manage expenses, income, receivables, payables, and bank transactions.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in maintaining accounts using Zoho books and Tally.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office and the ability to use advanced Excel functions.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Preferably looking for male candidates.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / Any finance-related course.
