We are looking for a skilled Software Trainer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering technical training programs, mentoring employees, and ensuring a strong knowledge foundation in software development technologies. The role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for teaching modern software practices.

Location : Technopark Phase III

Preferred Skills

Responsiblities

  • Design and deliver technical training sessions on programming languages, frameworks, and software development methodologies.

  • Develop structured training materials, including presentations, exercises, and real-world case studies to enhance learning.

  • Conduct hands-on workshops to provide practical exposure to various technologies.

  • Assess trainees’ progress through tests, assignments, and projects, and provide feedback for improvement.

  • Stay updated with emerging trends in software development and integrate them into training programs.

  • Collaborate with the HR and Software Development teams to identify training needs and skill gaps.

  • Assist in onboarding new employees by conducting induction training on company-specific software tools and processes.

  • Mentor junior developers and employees, fostering a learning-driven environment within the organization.

Required Skills and Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in software development or software training.

  • Proficiency in one or more of the following: Java, .NET, ReactJs, JavaScript or other relevant technologies.

  • Experience in using development tools, databases, and cloud-based platforms.

  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, and software architecture.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.

  • Certifications in relevant technologies or training methodologies (preferred).

Preferred Skills

  • Prior experience working in an IT service or software development company.

  • Familiarity with eLearning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS).

  • Experience in conducting corporate training programs.
