We are hiring a Bid Management with 5 years of experience to handle the entire bidding process. You will work on preparing and submitting proposals, coordinating with teams, and ensuring bids meet client requirements. Experience in IT Infrastructure, software bids, and working with World Bank procurement will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and distribute Request for Proposals (RFPs) to teams.
  • Prepare and submit responses to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs, and EOIs.
  • Handle vendor registration and qualify the company on client portals.
  • Evaluate pre-qualification and technical qualification requirements for bids.
  • Plan and organize bid processes, including summarizing key details in a Bid Plan Sheet.
  • Collect and organize tender forms, legal documents, and company credentials.
  • Work with technical and operations teams to meet functional and technical requirements.
  • Coordinate with vendors to get OEM certificates, datasheets, and authorizations.
  • Draft technical proposals, defining the scope of work for solutions.
  • Analyze BOQ (Bill of Quantity) and prepare cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to arrange bid security.
  • Compile company experience, especially for World Bank-funded projects or similar international bids.
  • Review and finalize all documents before submission.

Who Can Apply

  • Education: Any degree , but a technical background like B.Sc in Computer Science is preferred.
  • Experience: 5 years in bid management, proposal writing, or a similar role, especially in IT Infrastructure or software solutions.
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects under deadlines.
