Brief Description

iBoson is a software product company specializing in Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions. At iBoson, we build innovative applications that redefine user experiences. We are looking for a skilled Android Developer who is passionate about mobile development and eager to create high-quality applications.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, enhance, and maintain high-performance Android applications.

  • Work with Java and Kotlin in Android Studio to build scalable solutions.

  • Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services.

  • Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and user experience.

  • Debug and troubleshoot application issues effectively.

  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend developers.

  • Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and best practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience in Android development. 

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin for Android development.

  • Hands-on experience with Android Studio and Android SDK.

  • Familiarity with MVVM, MVP, or Clean Architecture patterns.

  • Experience with AR development (ARCore) is a plus.

  • Exposure to AI-powered applications or integrations is also a plus.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party integrations, and Git version control.

  • Knowledge of Jetpack components and UI/UX best practices.

  • Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code.

  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks for Android.

  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
