Brief Description

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary bridge between our players and the development team, fostering a thriving and engaged community around our mobile games. You will be responsible for managing online interactions, promoting a positive community atmosphere, and implementing strategies to grow and retain our player base.

  • Engage with players across various social media platforms, forums, and in-game channels to foster an active and positive community environment. Respond to player inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and manage player-focused events such as live chats, Q&A sessions, contests, and giveaways to increase engagement.
  • Monitor player sentiment and provide updates and clarification on common concerns or issues.
  • Produce engaging content for social media channels and other community platforms.
  • Implement strategies to attract new players to the community and retain existing ones through engaging content, events, and loyalty-building initiatives.
  • Work closely with the development team to share community feedback, player trends, and ideas for future game features or improvements.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to support campaigns, launch events, and player outreach programs.
  • Ability to create engaging content for social media and community channels.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Experience in community analytics and the ability to use data to drive decisions.

Preferred Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
