Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-End Recruitment: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and other hiring platforms.
* Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews, assess candidates, and coordinate with hiring managers.
* Job Posting & Employer Branding: Create and post job descriptions on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
* Onboarding & Documentation: Assist in employee onboarding, verify documents, and maintain employee records.
* HR Operations Support: Assist in payroll, attendance tracking, and other HR administrative tasks.
* Employee Engagement: Support in organizing employee engagement activities and addressing employee queries.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related roles.
* Familiarity with recruitment tools, job portals, and social media hiring.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Preferred:
* Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment (as per company needs).
* Hands on experience in HR activities such as employee engagement, employee management etc
* Immediate joiners preferred
