Brief Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to help us grow our footprint in the global market, with a strong focus on the USA, EU & GCC. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our IT services, including software development, design, and testing.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Generate high-quality leads through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.​
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and strategic outreach.​
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies targeting international markets, especially the USA, EU & GCC.​
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.​
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure.​
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, forecasts, and interactions in the CRM system.​
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align service offerings with client needs.​
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity.​
  • Met and exceeded monthly and quarterly sales targets.​

Preferred Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in a service-based IT company (2–6 years preferred).​
  • Proven ability to handle international clients, especially in the US, EU & GCC markets.​
  • Strong understanding of IT services and global business environments.​
  • Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).​
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.​
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and present software solutions.​
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.​
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.​
  • Willingness to work in US time zones.

Bonus Points

  • 5+ years of experience with a proven track record in business development in the IT sector.​
  • Existing network of clients, affiliates, or partners in the USA.​
  • Experience in handling CRM tools for sales tracking and forecasting.
