Our extensive range of solutions includes Digital Transformation, Private Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Software Development. We are currently seeking a motivated Presales Engineer specializing in Enterprise Solutions to join our team.

In this role, you will be pivotal in designing and proposing solutions that meet the complex needs of our enterprise clients. Your technical expertise will drive our presales efforts, working closely with sales teams to create impactful proposals and responses to RFQs and RFPs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Craft solutions that address customer business and technical objectives, ensuring alignment with their requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to prepare comprehensive solution documents, proposals, and responses to RFQs/RFPs.
  • Ensure proposed solutions meet technical specifications and are tailored to customer needs.
  • Manage all pre-sales activities including technical evaluation and validation of proposed solutions.
  • Develop proposals, technical presentations, and Bill-of-Materials (BOM) for client presentations.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support to sales teams, partners, and customers, demonstrating a strong understanding of various technologies.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of products and technologies from multiple vendors.
  • Interact with decision-makers, including CxO level personnel, to understand and address their business challenges with technology solutions.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in presales engineering, specifically in the enterprise solutions domain.
  • Technical Expertise:
    • IT Environments: Strong practical understanding of multi-tiered client/server and web-based computing solutions.
    • Datacenter & Cloud: In-depth knowledge of Datacenter and Cloud architecture, including backup and disaster recovery solutions.
    • Server & Storage: Experience with server and storage solutions from vendors such as Lenovo, HPE, or DELL, and backup solutions like Veeam or Veritas.
    • Operating Systems: Proficiency in Linux (RedHat/Ubuntu), UNIX, or Windows administration, including installation, configuration, and TCP/IP networking.
    • Modern Infrastructure: Understanding of modern application infrastructure requirements, including container platforms, automation, and orchestration.
  • Skills:
    • Presales Activities: Demonstrated ability to lead or contribute significantly to responses for RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs.
    • Digital Transformation: Familiarity with aspects such as Cloud Native architecture, On-Prem, Public Cloud, Provisioning Automation, and Containers.
    • Business Acumen: High level of business acumen with experience working with senior decision-makers to address critical business challenges.
