Brief Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Content Writer with strong proficiency in English, Malayalam, and Tamil to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, SEO-optimized, and brand-aligned content across various digital platforms. This role involves writing content for posters, websites, blogs, articles, social media, and email newsletters, while working closely with the marketing and design teams to bring our brand voice to life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research, brainstorm, and develop original content ideas that align with brand messaging and marketing goals.
  • Write clear, concise, and compelling content in English, Malayalam, and Tamil for:
      - Poster Designs  
      - SEO Website Content  
      - Blog Posts & Articles  
      - Social Media Captions & Campaigns  
      - Email Newsletters & Ad Copies  
  • Adapt tone and style to suit different platforms and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing team members to create visually engaging multimedia content.
  • Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy, relevance, and credibility.
  • Optimize content using SEO best practices (keywords, meta descriptions, internal linking, etc.).
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure it meets brand, grammar, and quality standards.
  • Track content performance metrics and use insights to improve future content strategies.
  • Stay current with content marketing trends, industry developments, and platform updates.

Preferred Skills

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in content writing, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Proficient writing, editing, and proofreading skills in English, Malayalam, and Tamil.
  • Experience in SEO content creation and keyword research tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, or SEMrush.
  • Strong research and analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to simplify complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and social media platforms.
  • Creativity and ability to generate fresh, relevant content ideas consistently.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills.
  • Passion for storytelling, branding, and delivering value to the audience.

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of video scriptwriting and storytelling formats for reels or short videos.
