Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. As a key player in our digital marketing efforts, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, performance analysis, and continuous optimization of paid media strategies to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management:

Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

Manage various advertising strategies, including paid search, display, social media, and programmatic buying.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish campaign objectives that align with broader business goals.
Performance Optimization:

Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to meet key targets like ROI, CPA, and CPL.

Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms to track, measure, and refine campaign effectiveness.
Data Analysis & Reporting:

Provide detailed, actionable performance reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.

Identify performance trends, uncover actionable insights, and drive enhancements across campaigns.

Partner with data teams to ensure effective campaign tracking, proper attribution, and comprehensive performance analysis.
Budget Management:

Oversee and manage the budget for paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.

Adjust and reallocate budgets dynamically based on campaign performance and changing priorities.

Ensure the efficient use of marketing spend while consistently meeting campaign KPIs.
Collaboration & Strategy:

Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop and refine ad creatives and optimize landing pages for conversions.
