Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. As a key player in our digital marketing efforts, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of data-driven decision-making, performance analysis, and continuous optimization of paid media strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management:

  • Strategically plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across key platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others.

  • Manage various advertising strategies, including paid search, display, social media, and programmatic buying.

  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and establish campaign objectives that align with broader business goals.

Performance Optimization:

  • Continuously monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to meet key targets like ROI, CPA, and CPL.

  • Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and conversion funnels.

  • Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and similar platforms to track, measure, and refine campaign effectiveness.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

  • Provide detailed, actionable performance reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting key trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Identify performance trends, uncover actionable insights, and drive enhancements across campaigns.

  • Partner with data teams to ensure effective campaign tracking, proper attribution, and comprehensive performance analysis.

Budget Management:

  • Oversee and manage the budget for paid media campaigns, ensuring optimal allocation and performance.

  • Adjust and reallocate budgets dynamically based on campaign performance and changing priorities.

  • Ensure the efficient use of marketing spend while consistently meeting campaign KPIs.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Collaborate closely with creative teams to develop and refine ad creatives and optimize landing pages for conversions.

  • Work cross-functionally with other marketing teams to integrate paid campaigns into larger marketing strategies and initiatives.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best practices to continually elevate campaign performance and results.


 

Preferred Skills

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven track record (2 years) in performance marketing or digital advertising.

  • Expertise in managing digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and others.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience running A/B tests and employing optimization techniques for digital campaigns.

  • Exceptional communication and reporting skills to convey complex data insights clearly.

  • Deep understanding of key performance metrics like CPL, CPA, ROI, and the ability to optimize against them.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
