Responsibilities:
As an QA Trainee, your primary responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with the Customer Support Team to understand client-specific requirements.

Participate in client calls/meetings (with the support team) to gather and analyze customer requirements and expectations.

Assist the support team with configuration tasks based on customer requirements.

Discuss requirements internally with the Product and Development teams to ensure alignment and clarity.

Test all customizations and configurations done by the CS team thoroughly.

Validate and ensure the quality of configurations and customizations as per client-specific requirements.

Ensure all implementations are error-free, fully functional, and meet client expectations.

Identify, document, and report bugs or issues to the Development Team clearly and promptly.

Work continuously to uphold high standards of product quality and reliability.

Perform retesting and ensure timely resolution of reported issues
Requirements:

Strong understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.
-
Ability to write and execute test cases for various custom workflows.
-
Basic knowledge of business automation tools or software products is a plus.
-
Good communication skills to interact with internal teams and occasionally with clients.

Strong attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset.
-
Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment.
Work Timings, Job Location & Salary

10 am to 6 pm - Monday to Saturday

Office Location : Trivandrum, Kerala, Edapazhinji

Monthly a stipend of Rs 10,000 is offered for first 6 months and after completion of probation on review of the performance will get eligible hike
